Highlands Engineering was selected to perform construction engineering and contract administration services for I-94 repair from South Heart to Belfield during the 2016 construction season. The nature of work includes structure replacement, aggregate base course, foreslope reshaping, CPR, mill and HMA overlay on both east and west bound lanes. We will be performing Construction Engineering, Survey, Material Testing, and Inspection for the projects.
