The Medora Water Storage Reservoir was selected as Project of the Year for communities under 5,000 by American Public Works Association. The project was done in response to the concern of fire suppression in Medora, the number 1 tourist destination in North Dakota. Highlands Engineering provided design and construction engineering services for the project.
