Addressing the needs of a growing community.

The new Public Safety Center in Dickinson officially opened in September of 2015. The 42,000 square-foot facility is home to Dickinson Police and Fire department. The center was built to address the rapid growth the City of Dickinson has experienced in recent years.

Highlands Engineering provided site development and construction staking services for the project as well as conducted materials testing for quality assurance.
