Licensed
Civil Engineer (P.E.)
Highlands is
seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) with 5-15 years experience
in land
development
(residential, commercial, retail and industrial type projects), site work, and
utility
design
for site development and environmental projects. Project Engineer and Project
Management
duties
include: land planning, site design, feasibility/cost opinions, final civil
construction plan design,
bid/contract
documentation preparation and construction administration. Project work
includes
grading,
utility, drainage, detention and retention design, stormwater management and
erosion
control
designs and permit development. This position will coordinate the work of a
small team of
engineers/technicians.
Good communication skills are required for interaction with clients and
municipalities.
AutoCAD CIVIL 3D, MS Office, and drainage software experience required.
Qualifications:
•
Candidate must be a licensed Professional Civil
Engineer.
•
5-15 years experience in land development, site
work, and utility design for site development is
preferred.
•
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
