   James Glasser, LS – Principal
            Bachelor of Science in Geomatics, University of Florida, 2000

            James Glasser is a licensed land surveyor and the co-founder of Highlands Engineering & Surveying,
            PLLC.  He is a native of Dickinson, North Dakota.  He has over ten years of land surveying
            experience.   Mr. Glasser’s experience includes a broad range of land surveying practice areas
            throughout North Dakota and Montana along with spending time working near the coast of northern
            and southern Florida.  Mr. Glasser’s work has included large boundary surveys for governmental
            agencies, extensive Public Land Survey System (PLSS) surveys, ALTA/ACSM Surveys, Subdivision
            Surveys, Private Surveys and Construction Staking. 

   Chris Robinson, LS – Land Surveyor
            Associates of Applied Science (AAS) Civil Engineering, Columbus State, 2004

            Chris Robinson is a licensed land surveyor with over five (5) years of related experience.  Mr. Robinson
            is licensed in the state of Arkansas and will soon be licensed in North Dakota.

            is licensed in the state of Utah and will soon be licensed in North Dakota.
